I was always impressed with Regal Air when I rented planes from you. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the planes were always very well maintained, unlike those at a few FBO’s I can think of. And your fleet of planes always had a nice balance and variety.
Now, as an owner, I am even more impressed with your operation. The maintenance my plane receives is top-notch. Moreover, the extra care and attention that your service department invests into the work they do is much appreciated. I feel safer and have more fun flying as a result. Your field staff are always very responsive and friendly when I call the truck over to fill my tanks. Having them pull up at my hangar is like being welcomed home! And your administrative, instructional and front desk staff are great, too!
I won’t overdo the compliments, but be aware that I appreciate Regal Air and am happy to be a customer.

"Accelerated Multi-engine Training
When I decided to pursue my multi-engine rating, I took some time to look around. Of course I wanted to get high quality training at a reasonable cost, but I also wanted to get it done in one shot, taking a block of time off from work, rather than try to fit the lessons and learning into my already busy life for week after week. I looked at ATP's programs at their numerous sunny locations around the country, and contacted a couple of other smaller flight schools in CA that had a concentrated multi-engine program I sat down twice with the folks at Boeing Field, looked at their simulator and their twins, and got them to propose a concentrated course for me. I then asked Lawrence, at Regal, about developing a multi-engine training program. He described a one-week curriculum that sounded very well thought out. As a result, the Regal training was the best choice. I know and trust the instructors and the oversight they are getting from the senior people in the training department. The cost was much lower than Boeing Field, and the quality of training was better than ATP and the other operations out of town. The Seneca wouldn't offer the G-1000 panel, but on the other hand the traditional controls and panel would give me the skills I wanted.
In little more than a week I received 13.5 hrs of ground instruction and 15.4 flight hours of flight instruction, including a stage check by Brian Welt. As a result, I felt prepared for my check ride and successfully passed my check ride. I'm really happy with how it went, and thrilled to be a multi-engine pilot. So thanks to Lawrence and everyone at Regal for making this happen, and I hope other customers can benefit by using this concentrated course training strategy in the future..."

"The process of learning this "sport" has been among the most rewarding experiences of my life. I had been out of school for nearly twenty years, so just learning how to study again was a challenge. What made this journey so enjoyable, outside the joy of flying, has been the people that have become a part of my life at Regal Air. You are a class bunch throughout. The countless hours I have spent with all of you have added joy and quality to my life. Most of my time was in the plane with Monica. Our long cross country to Monterey, Palm Springs, Tucson, Las Vegas and back was a trip I will never forget. Getting to know Scott, Kevin, Bob, Ron, Brian, Josh, Odette, Erika, Baze, Sue, Chuck, Carolyn, Howard, Chris and Jim has been an equally wonderful experience..."

"A Compliance Survey of your veterans' flight training program was conducted March 22, 2000. This was the first survey of your facility...During this survey, student records were reviewed to determine compliance with Dept. of Veteran Affairs reporting requirements. Included in the review were records of student enrollment, certifications, flight logs, medical Certificates and pilot licenses.
I am very pleased to report that no discrepancies were found. The files and records maintained at Regal Air are among the best seen by my staff in Seattle..."

"I've been flying with Regal Air for over 4 years. As a customer I value the personal attention I receive when dealing with Regal. Indeed they do get busy on occasions like any successful FBO, but I never feel rushed or unimportant; from the courteous front desk people to the efficient line personnel - they run a first class operation!
...Ron Morcom, the owner, is a authorized maintenance inspector - thus, the super attention given to maintenance. I've rented with other outfits and there is simply no comparison! The planes are always in top shape; not a rivet missing, fueled and ready to go..."
