Regal Air will be conducting interviews for Part Time Aircraft Fueler Technician position. Approximately 32 hours per week. We will train all aspects of the job and government requirements. Employment begins Approximately February 3, 2025, possibly sooner if available.
Regal Air operates Monday-Friday 7:30a to dark, maximum 8pm; Sat & Sun 7:30a to 6pm.
Duties:
- Perform aircraft fueling, engine oil and window servicing
- Perform aircraft exterior and interior cleaning
- Towing aircraft in support of shop and customer aircraft
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed
- Conduct light janitorial duties inside of office and maintenance facilities
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age per State law for handling fuel.
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License
- Self-starter and able to work unsupervised
- Homeland Security required background check. Airport operations and TSA training.
- Ability to operate radio and communicate with front desk and FAA Air Traffic Control
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay starts at $18-$20 per hour depending on aviation experience.
- Sick leave 1 hour per each 50 hours worked per Washington State law.
- 401k upon qualification.

Regal Air is currently looking to fill a part time Receptionist/Dispatcher/Customer Service position working weekends, and evening(closing) shifts during a weekdays, approximately 33 hours per week. We’re hoping to start employment and training by the middle of February.

Essential Duties:
- Greet pilots and potential new customers at front desk
- Handle incoming multi-line phone calls and routing
- Schedule flights with customers and instructors via phone and/or online computer scheduling
- Check-in and invoice customers
- Perform admin assistant duties for management
- Maintain and update pilot record files
- Communicate by radio with aircraft and fueling personnel
- Handle and coordinate all customer requests in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Must have flexibility to work days/evenings/weekends. Once set, schedule is fairly stable. Our school operates Mon-Fri from 8am-Dark (8pm max) and weekends 8am-6pm.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations and programs.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and master responsibilities.
- Must have good written and pleasant oral communication skills.
- Ability to absorb, retain, and apply information quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to successfully multitask.
- Exceptional customer service/relationship skills with an emphasis on enthusiasm and outgoing personality.
- Skills in handling customer’s problems and situations in a win/win manner are a must.
- Aviation experience is helpful but not required. We will train all aspects of the job if you have the necessary and natural customer service greeting and relationship skills.
